Should I offer a trial, yes or no?
Trials can be a great tool for companies that do not have an established brand to sell software. In fact many consumers have come to expect that they can try applications before purchasing. That said there are a fair amount of applications that sell well without trials. Conduct an A-B split test to determine which works best for your software.
