Should I advertise or sell my software on eBay?
It depends on the type of software that you sell whether eBay will be a profitable channel for you. eBay users are more price sensitive and they will expect physical delivery, many eBay purchasers will not understand the concept of an electronic download. Consumer software will clearly sell better on eBay than a business application but bare in mind the margins will likely be smaller as the consumers on eBay are looking for deals!
