What is Twitter? Should I use it?
Twitter is a micro-blogging tool. It is similar to instant messaging to the masses. When you make a post on Twitter it is refferred to as a Tweet. Posts cannot exceed 140 characters. Many companies use Twitter as another communication channel to let possible customers know about updates or new resources.
