Many of the press websites offer free press release submissions, while others charge nominal fees for distributing and posting the release. Many bloggers and online journalists monitor these press databases for releases on specific topics. Posting the releases also generally result to links back and additional exposure.

It will often take 48 hours for your press release to appear so plan accordingly.
