MDFile provides a quick and easy way to Zip and Unzip files, span large
files across multiple disks, create self-extracting Zips, convert
between standard and self-extracting Zips, password encrypt ZIPs, Zip
with or without path description. Locate files in current directory or
entire drive using multiple queries and wildcards. Copy, move or
delete files across drives and directories. Copy and rename files in a
single operation. Associate files to applications and create shortcuts
to selected files and directories. Change file attributes with the
click of a mouse. Store favorite locations, add filters, and access
them from drop-down list - display only files satisfying your criteria.
Assign descriptive aliases to files and select them from a drop-down
list - stop walking through endless directory trees. Handy on-board
text editor and RTF word processor with spell and grammar check, is
just a click away. It's great for quick notes, memos, letters or for
modifying configuration files and source code. On-board image viewer
for ICO, BMP, WMF, JPG, GIF and animated GIF files. Play WAV files.
