creates a backup of your ICQ Contact List, Bookmarks and UIN(s), which
means that if you have to reinstall ICQ or move it to another computer
you can easily retore your Contact List, Bookmarks and UIN(s). You can
of course do this manually, but if you don't know which files you should
backup, this little application does the job for you.
