File Manager StepUp v3.41 is a utility that makes File Manager a user
friendly application. Instead of replacing File Manager, FM StepUp
simply makes it better. Now supports Long File Names when used with
FMLFNS under Windows 95. Additional commands are added to File Manager's
menus, and its existing features are enhanced:
- Standard dialog boxes are supplied with history lists, browse buttons,
'verify' check boxes, etc.
- Commands are added to easily create, view, edit or print arbitrary
files, not necessarily associated with an application.
- Customizable Execute Menu provides an easy way to launch frequently
used applications directly from File Manager's menu.
- Customizable, right-click accessible Quick Menu, contains the most
frequently used commands and keeps track of the execution history of
other commands.
- Special commands are provided: Total Size (size of a directory
including all subdirectories), Change File Time, etc.
fmsu341.zip has replaced fmsu340.zip.
