files, transfer to your media, and join them later. This is particularly
useful for every user that needs to move files from one computer to the
other. Why another file splitter and joiner? This is author's vision of
a windows application should be like. Instead of asking users to specify
filenames, the application presents the filenames and directory names for
easy selection. File transfer tool is similar to the author's dirm4w14
utility, except that it is tailored for this particular application. In
windows 95, the user can even call up the default application to open up
the joined file, such as ZIP application or other file viewers.
Special requirements: Windows 95 or NT 4.0 with PowerBuilder 5.x
deployment kit installed.
Changes: Interface enhancements, including more friendly transfer window
that allows refreshing of directory contents, deleting files in
the target directory using the Del key, and color shading of
files that have been copied.
