CopyProf is the unique all-in-one solution for automation of file copying, moving, archiving, backing up and logging the operations.
Brief description
If you need to sort (copy, move) files basing on formal criteria often CopyProf will help you automate this process. CopyProf is implemented as a console application (works under Win32 - v1.35, DOS and OS/2 - v1.11).
Incoming files are placed in user defined archive formed basing on time, date or file number. The documentation accompanying a file can also be processed on-the-fly with CopyProf.
Full version features
Full registered version allows operations logging and outputting a list of files that cannot be processed with current software configuration (do not comply with given file masks or attributes etc.). It also allows using logical search expressions based on file attributes and running an external program if at least one file had been processed.
Other uses:
CopyProf may be used as a gateway between mail system and file distribution system which is sometimes necessary within large organizations or in case there is no mail system or poor connections within the organization.
