It appears that we are legally obligated to collect VAT. How do most developers handle the European VAT tax collection?
Most MicroISVs use a 3rd party ecommerce provider, specifically so they can avoid having to manage the collection and submission of VAT. Most software ecommerce providers handle VAT collection for their clients.
