What is the Difference Between Freeware and Shareware?
Freeware can be used and distributed free of charge for an unlimited amount of time. Shareware is a marketing method for software that is available on a free trial basis, the time frame you can use the sofoftware is usually limited. Sometimes shareware versions are fully featured product, other times it lacks some of the features of the registered version or will expire after the trial period has passed.
