Where is the Best Place to Get Product Feedback?
Try to get feedback about your software from as many places as possible. Communicate with existing customers, use a web forum and encourage a dialogue. Ask family and friends to take a look at the software and tell you what they think. Tell them candor and criticism is far more beneficial than assuaging your ego. Without honest feedback the application will not improve.
