We have 2 diffrent versions of a program that we have not released yet. A basic version and a professional version, and they have different prices. now imagine that one buys a basic version and later he/she wants to upgrade to the professional version. The question is how can we charge him/her only upgrade price not the professional versions whole price. Should we sell an upgrade package? Is it possible to get only upgrade price through Regnow?
Yes, of course. You can always offer a special discounted upgrade price for existing customers to purchase upgrades from the basic to professional version. Simply setup an additional product in your ecommerce panel (in this case RegNow). Request that users provide the existing basic version serial number so that you can track the upgrades.
