What is a customers lifetime value?
The lifetime value of the customer pertains to how long the customer will remain a customer and how much money they will spend with your company over the course of the relationship. Businesses that have a recurring revenue model (with monthly or weekly billing) will result in a higher lifetime vlue than most single purchase companies.
If your product line is relatively small there are still ways to realize the lifetime value of customers.
