I want to have my software on a CD that is distributed with a magazine. How can I do this?
Often when you have sent a press release to the editors you will receive a request to include a specific software title on a CD cover. If you have not received a request, but still would like to have your CD included, consider contacting the press directly and proposing the inclusion of your software.
A couple steps to follow:
1. Know what magazines typically include a CD.
2. Make your offer. Include the details of what you are offering (i.e. is a current version or old version of the software, are you offering a discount)
3. Add a press permissions page to your website.
